Workforce Succession Planning

As we were researching existing Workforce/Succession Planning programs, we found that many of them treated workforce/succession planning as a one time event. Workforce/Succession Planning is a long term problem requiring a long term solution. The shortage of workers is predicted to continue for 7 to 12 years. It is the belief of FutureDecisions that because of the duration of this project, it is imperative that workforce/succession planning expertise reside in the organization.
