As our business at FutureDecisions LLC has grown and progressed our clients have increasingly requested coaching services from us. Therefore, we are very excited to announce the expansion of our services to include professional coaching let by our Managing Partner, Kevin Williams!

How can coaching from FutureDecisions LLC assist you?

We form a partnership with our clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.  We assist clients in improving their performance and enhancing the quality of their lives.  We are trained to listen and observe and we will customize our approach to your individual needs. Our task is not to fix something or someone that is “broken” but rather to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already possesses.

Remember: Coaching is not counseling nor therapy, coaching focuses on the issue, not the person, and is action-driven and results-oriented.  Through the process of coaching, individuals focus on the skills and actions needed to successfully produce their personally relevant results.

Kevin Williams has been coaching for many years, his completion of a year long internationally recognized coaching program at Fielding Graduate University broadened his coaching perspective and further developed his appreciation of the benefits of coaching.
