Kevin Williams, MHROD, ACC

Kevin Williams has over 25 years of senior leadership experience in Fortune 100 companies. He held a variety of management positions in those organizations with significant experience in change management, strategic planning, marketing and customer support. Kevin successfully led several organizations through large-scale mergers, succession planning programs, acquisitions, and re-organizations.

Kevin is the managing partner in FutureDecisions LLC, a company that provides leadership and executive coaching,  organizational development consulting services, cutting edge succession planning programs and consultation regarding generational issues in the workplace. In addition, Kevin is a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Federation. He is the immediate past president of the Sacramento Area Organization Development Network.

Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.

Kevin has offered various workshops through such diverse agencies as CPS Human Resources Services and the Non-Profit Resource Center of Sacramento and has presented workshops for numerous organizations including the American Society on Aging Annual Conference in 2007 and 2008. Topics embrace such issues as managing the four generations in the workplace and workforce/succession planning. Clients include Kaiser Permanente, South Central Chief’s of Police Association of Connecticut, Catholic Healthcare West, the State of California and numerous public agencies, private companies and nonprofits.
