Based in Sacramento, California, FutureDecisions serves all of the Western United States.

Karen Arnold, M.A.

Karen Arnold has over twenty years senior leadership experience in all aspects of Human Resource. She has developed and led an organizational development and training department, and has extensive experience in workforce/succession planning, change management, team building, and strategic planning. She was employed as a Human Resource Director for 15 years at Blue Shield of California.

Karen holds a Masters of Arts in Management and a Bachelors of Arts in Human Resources. Karen is an adjunct professor at California State University, Sacramento in the College of Continuing Education and at the University of San Francisco.

Karen is a partner in FutureDecisions, a company that provides cutting edge workforce/succession planning programs, training, and transition services.

Karen is a board member of JOBONE, a non-profit organization whose mission is to strengthen the economic health of El Dorado County. She is a board member of the Golden Sierra Workforce Investment Board and a member of the Sacramento/Metro Chamber Education and Workforce Committee. She is a member of the leadership team for the Sacramento Area Organizational Development Network.

Kevin Williams, MHROD

Kevin Williams is a management professional with over 25 years of experience in Fortune 100 companies such as Pacific Bell, AT&T and Comcast. He held a variety of management positions in those organizations including change management, strategic planning, marketing and customer support. Kevin successfully led several major departments through large scale mergers, acquisitions, and re-organizations. Before joining FutureDecisions, Kevin was Vice-President of Customer Service for Comcast in Northern California.

Kevin holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development, and a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. In addition, Kevin is a certified Executive Coach through the International Coaching Federation . Kevin is an adjunct professor at California State University, Sacramento in the College of Continuing Education.
