While there is a segment of the report that provides a cautionary note on using consultants we do overall agree with the basic premise put forth in the report. What Karen and I are telling people is that while it seems pretty dire at the moment things will get better and when they do it is best to be prepared. Another point that may or may not be pertinent to your situation, we are finding that some public service employees are choosing to retire now instead of later as they are fearful that if they wait their benefits may be reduced by their employer.<br /> Hope that helps, would be interested in what others have to say.
