Change Readiness

Workforce/Succession is different from most other major projects encountered by organizations in that it is a long-term project spanning several years. The estimate is that for the next 7 to 12 years there will be a worker shortage. This will necessitate the need for organizations to devote additional time and resources to their workforce/succession program.

As with any significant project, it is important for organizations to gauge their readiness for change.
